All services provided by Levent Ofis are digital in nature and do not involve physical delivery.
The virtual office service purchased is activated within 1 business day after the payment is confirmed and the customer’s information is verified. Service activation details and related documents are sent to the customer via email.
Refund Policy
The virtual office services offered by Levent Ofis are categorized as instant digital services, and therefore, not subject to the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 15 of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.
Once the service is purchased and activated:
No refunds will be issued, even if the service is not used,
The subscription cannot be canceled unilaterally by the customer.
However, if the service cannot be activated due to a technical error or failure on Levent Ofis’ part, the customer may contact the support team to request a solution or refund.
