This Distance Sales Agreement is made in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, between the following parties via electronic means:

Service Receiver (Buyer):
The Buyer is defined as the real or legal person who completes the subscription payment via the www.leventofis.comwebsite. The contact details provided during the order process are valid.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this Agreement is the sale and provision of virtual office services offered by Levent Ofis via its website, including the terms and conditions for service usage, subscription period, payment, and mutual obligations of the parties.
3. Scope and Duration of the Service
The service includes granting the Buyer the right to use the registered office address provided by Levent Ofis, and may include:
Using the address for official/legal purposes,
Mail and cargo acceptance,
Preparation of required documentation,
Optional secretary or phone redirection services (depending on package).
The service is valid for the duration selected and paid for by the Buyer (e.g., 1 month, 3 months, 12 months).
The subscription is activated upon receipt of payment. Unless renewed manually, the subscription will not automatically renew.
4. Service Fee and Payment
The service fee is determined by the subscription package selected on the website and is clearly stated including VAT prior to checkout.
Payment methods include credit card, debit card, bank transfer (EFT), or other supported online payment tools.
5. Right of Withdrawal
According to Article 15/1-ğ of the Law No. 6502, services that are instantly delivered or performed electronically are not subject to a right of withdrawal.
Once the service has been activated, Levent Ofis is not obliged to accept withdrawal or cancellation requests.
6. Service Delivery and Usage Terms
The Buyer may only use the service on behalf of themselves. Transfer or subletting to third parties is strictly prohibited.
Levent Ofis may request the Buyer to sign related documents and provide valid ID for legal compliance and service validation.
The Buyer agrees to comply with all applicable laws and the internal rules of the service during the subscription period.
7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of disputes arising from this Agreement, jurisdiction lies with the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the location of the Buyer or the service provider, depending on the monetary threshold published by the Ministry of Trade.
8. Enforcement
By completing the payment on www.leventofis.com, the Buyer is deemed to have read and accepted this Distance Sales Agreement. This Agreement comes into effect upon confirmation of the payment.
